Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shelly account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely Pack the Item

  Place the device back in its original manufacturer box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
